tails for whales

This is a bit different of an entry from my headshots... My husband Pascal Franchot and I are part of IFAW and this is a campaign very close to my heart. It is called "Tails For Whales" and is to help stop the senseless slaughtering that is commercial whaling. I had the honor of photographing the lovely Amber Valletta last night. Please check out IFAW there are many ways to be involved and they are really doing good in this world in many ways.

She was very trusting with this one. We decided to just go for it. She has such a sweet, youthful look but we wanted to give her some edge. I really think it works on her.
